We are posting to alert other residents about our experience with this tennis coach. We asked Jamal to provide lessons for our daughters and he suggested that we pay for 10 lessons in advance to secure a lower price and a fixed weekly time. As soon as we paid Jamal in December he disappeared for several weeks, didn't reply to text messages or calls and has since proven to be very unreliable. In four months we have managed only 5 lessons and have been consistently let down with different excuses. Eventually we gave up and have spent the last two months chasing for the balance of our funds, which he agreed to pay but has not. We have asked again and again and clearly he has no intention of giving us our money back. Indeed he has become increasingly unpleasant and aggressive each time we approach him in person. We recorded our last exchange which was really nasty.
We have advised Sandyport management and are posting now so that other residents can judge for themselves whether to make the same mistake that we have made and we would encourage others who may have similar stories to post them here.
