Prowler and Break-Ins

This prowler has been prowling or breaking into people's homes here for a week

How the hell is this possible for so long? We have seen the Sandyport advice but time to get real now......something is seriously amiss for this to be possible and it will materially affect the sale and rental vallue of homes unless addressed asap

Any fool can dodge security guards that constantly drive a predictable circular golf cart route by waiting for them to pass and then jumping a wall or fence, or emerging from bushes. A different approach is needed with security guards on foot patrolling high risk areas intensively. We are told CCTV is being bought, what has been done with this? Will it be recorded in order that staff focus on CCTV can be ascertained after the event?
