What can I do if I have a query on my bills?

If you have an account with the Association you may access it online to view your account history, bills and payments. You will require an invitation code to set it up and if you do not have one, you may request it by emailing [e-mail]. 

You may access your account via the ‘View account’ tab on the main menu of the website.
