VAT increase to 10% from January 1, 2022

Effective January 1, 2022 the VAT rate applicable is increased from 12% to 10%. This change applies to all bills dated January 1, 2022, and thereafter, whether or not they were prepaid.

For those accounts that received a 3% early settlement discount, the discount is not extended to the difference in VAT arising from this change.
