Determination of grade for Sandyport

Height restrictions apply for buildings and other structures on all lots as set out in the Restrictive Covenants. The height is measured from grade level which has a specific determination in Sandyport, as follows:

The unit grade is determined by the slanted line connecting the road level from the front boundary to the dock (for the beachside lot) or bulkhead level (for the canal front lot) at the rear of the property.
