Pre-approved color palette

The following colors are pre-approved for homes built in Sandyport. It is possible to use alternative colors however they are subject to approval pursuant to the architectural guidelines. We recommend using the pre-approved colors or similar in keeping with the master color scheme.

Colors shown are for guidance only and may appear different when painted. Codes are based on PPG master palette.

We recommend seeking a sample from your paint supplier using the codes provided.
