VAT increase to 12% from July 1, 2018

Effective July 1, 2018 the VAT rate applicable is increased from 7.5% to 12%. This change applies to all bills dated July 1, 2018 and thereafter whether or not they were prepaid.

For those accounts that received a 3% early settlement discount, the discount is not extended to the difference in VAT arising from this change.
