The Association is not responsible for managing disputes between property owners and recommends that the parties communicate with one another to resolve.
If the parties are unable to resolve the matter and require the assistance of the Association, first check the guidelines to identify which regulation is breached and report the particulars to support@sandyportmanagement.com. If a regulation has not been breached, it is unlikely that the Association will pursue the matter.
Criminal matters
If the matter is criminal, contact the police directly since they will not accept a report from a third party. Association personnel may be required to assist with police enquiries, which they will do whenever possible.
Confidentiality
Note that in order to resolve the matter, we cannot guarantee anonymity of the person making a report to the Association.
