Occasionally a third party may want to contact a property owner and does not have the contact details. Since the Association does not release owner information unless required to do so by Law, the following procedure sets out how to make contact via the Association office:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- In the subject line type: Message for the owner of lot [SPECIFY ADDRESS]
- In the body of the email type the message that you want to send to the lot owner, asking them to contact you on the provided contact details
- We will forward the email as is to the owner email address we have on file
This is a complimentary service intended for occasional use only. Therefore, please limit your requests to once per month (allowance does not accrue) unless the circumstances are of an emergency nature.
We do not provide a follow up service. Once you have received a notice advising that the matter is resolved, the email will have been sent to the owner.
