What if ownership or tenancy changes?

The owner should complete form AD-PT (shown below PT.pdf) and submit it together with the documents indicated on the form to the office. In the case of a property transfer, the certificate for the owner's share in the Association should be surrendered together with a $35 transfer fee.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for the share to be issued, unless otherwise advised.
