The Restrictive Covenants state:
No trade manufacture business profession or commercial undertaking (including the business of a guest house proprietor boarding-house keeper or hotel operator) shall be permitted on any lot and no lot shall be used for any purpose other than residential purposes.
A resident is defined as being a person who lives somewhere permanently or on a long-term basis. Owners using their property for anything other than residential purposes will have their guests denied access to Sandyport. Further, landlords should ensure that the Association has details of their residential tenants on record for access control purposes.
