Private tuition on common property

Residents and owners of Sandyport are welcome to use the common facilities such as the tennis courts and pools subject to the rules that govern them. Coaches are also welcome provided that they are the guest of the Sandyport resident/owner being coached however they may not provide their services to non residents/owners nor solicit business from other residents either directly or otherwise.
