Sandyport beach

Whilst there is a right of access to the beach for the public (including Sandyport residents), for the most part the land is privately owned up to the high water mark. Responsibility for maintaining the area does not lie with Sandyport Homeowners Association.

Persons accessing these privately owned beach front properties without permission may be found trespassing. The beach front property owners have indicated a preference for those persons littering their property to be responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
